Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at My Signature Cub, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) at your own expense for an exchange or refund.
Please note that PERSONALISED ITEMS are non refundable nor returnable.
Please check all personalisation before completing your order as no changes can be made once processed
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition, with all tags still intact
No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or without tags still intact.
All merchandise that is returned must be done so at the expense of the buyer.
We will refund you the original price paid for the returned item, less any adjustments or credits that may have been subsequently issued (if any). As well as the deduction of the postage cost incurred if sent via Standard delivery
Please note that if you return an item without a receipt or an invoice, we will issue a credit for the last known value of the item.
You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund process has been completed.
Seasonal Occasions - Eid, Father’s/Mother’s day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas
We understand how frustrating it can be during this time when your parcel is delayed. My Signature Cub have strong work ethics to ensure all parcels reach clients on time. By doing so my Signature Cub will dispatch orders in a timely manner; therefore ensuring your packages are received on time.
However in the unlikely event of a delayed parcel for a seasonal order (due to Royal Mail/mailing services) My Signature Cub have the right to not refund moneys as all procedures have been followed and documented via account notes and use of Royal Mail tracking number.
As a good will My Signature Cub will honour work ethics of the business by providing the order with a voucher to redeem off their website www.mysignaturecub.co.uk
This can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org - subject title redeem delay.
My Signature Cub will respond in 2-3 working days with a voucher code (value of the delayed sale order) to use on the website www.mysignaturecub.co.uk
This does not include non personalised items. Non personalised items may be sent back to My Signature Cub within 14 days of receiving the delayed parcel at your expense for a full refund via payment method used at point of sale.

We will exchange items purchased from My Signature Cub for different colours, sizes and styles as long as the item is returned within 14 days of delivery at your expense, with a copy of the original receipt. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Any items you wish to exchange please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
